Visit of the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Cracow by IFCU delegation

On April 8, 2024, a delegation from the International Federation of Catholic Universities (IFCU) composed of Prof. François Mabille, Secretary General and Dr. Montserrat Alom, CIRAD Director, visited the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Cracow, Poland. The delegation had the opportunity to meet Rector Msgr. Prof. Robert Tyrala, Phd Habilitatus.

Msgr. Prof. Tyrala offered a warm welcome to their guests while presenting some of the main ongoing initiatives in his university, including the construction of a brand-new modern and sustainable campus. He also expressed his interest in the formation field, mentioning diplomas and both professors and researchers exchanges. Additionally, he shared his will to host one of the Federation’s future events in order to gather academic authorities from different countries, hopefully on the new campus.

IFCU appreciated in a great manner the enlightening exchange held during the visit and thanks once again Msgr. Prof. Tyrala for his time and enthusiasm.
